What kind of sks is this? It is in the movie The Run Down, I know its an sks because of the charging handle but the barrel is very short and even the paratrooper is longer in comparison also the "mag" is detachable so im just really confused. I have tried looking through google but no luck. Please help me figure this out. Thanks.

thank you....still kinda weird if you look at the picture from the movie and a google image of a Norinco SKS Sporter the barrel seems a different length. from where the gas block to the front sight is. I knew I could count on you guys.

Even though it's not correct they were called SKS paratroopers back in the day when you could buy them new for a bit less then a Chinese AK.
