    You should be able to.
However ROMAK 991 is listed, so answer is "probably no".

You can easily get PSL though. Aren't they the same thing pretty much?

EDIT 2020: To be fair that seems to apply to many Westerners also.

Even the Romak 3 should be fine. IIRC you'll be more likley to find it marked PSL or FPK (as mine is). It's very easy to temporarily fill in the hole in the thumbhole stock to make it legal. Still very easy to shoot.

Let me clarify my answer. There seems to be no reasons why one shouldn't be able to get Romak 3 in CA, assuming he will either fix the mag, or fill the thumbhole. However, since Romak 991 is listed and because I've seen letter from AM that Romak 3 is illegal to have.
Now, this seems to be nonsense ( make and model, right? ), however if I was looking for rifle like this I would say **** it and get myself PSL.

Is there a Bullet Button type device that can be used so I don't have to fill the stock?

          Who can I order through?

                I bought one on www.gunbroker.com

The guy removed the stock and installed a solid stock on the thing. Thus it's cali-legal.

AaronHorrocks, If I may, I would also like to see pics of the solid stock and perhaps shed some light as to how to get one.

I thought he was talking about a regular rifle stock not a standard with the thumbhole filled in.

I don't have a photo ATM, but it sucks.

I'd rather have a "filled in" thumbhole stock.
