    New Larue Tactical Buttstock?

Was just perusing around the Larue website when I stumbled upon their 2012 behind the scenes Machining Operation Tour.

LaRue Tactical the Dead Center of Precision. Scope Mounts, Light Mounts, Uppers and Lowers all Made in the USA!

Scrolling down, something caught my eye...

Has anyone heard any news about these? I tried doing a search for them on the almighty Google but nothing came up.

If you scroll down further on the link for LA Rue there is a full shot of a new butt stock that they are producing.

It look based more on the SOPMOD program stock by Crane than the Magpul CTR. If it's La Rue I'm sure the lock up is pretty good, but really, I think it's just a way for them to keep profits in-house. No reason for them not to, really. If I bought one of those rifles, or if I could anyway, I wouldn't be disappointed by the prospect of that stock.

and our leaders allow themselves to be spoon fed with foreign BS and have forgotten that the great majority of americans do not live in secluded gated comunities with private security 24/7 like they do, while the rest of us are subject to defending ourselves without Police escorts whenever we need it. they dont realize we are subject to different dangers than they are, and we must have and keep the right do defend ourselves!

Installed and tried out the A-Peg grip this morning..felt comfortable and was able to get a more consistent trigger finger placement and press...medium sized hands here...

The groups seemed a bit more consistent also, but it could just be me. I'll have to try it a couple of more trips to make an informed decision on it.

I have a pre-order for their PredatOBR. LT is forcing their new stock and grip onto their customers. Right from the start, I didn't like their new stock and also called it a cigar cutter. "ONCE" I get the rifle, I'm taking the stock off and selling it.
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Could it be any clearer? Any law that infringes on our right to keep and bear arms is a violation of the Second Amendment and is unconstitutional.

The Stock was announced with the PredatOBR from what i recall.

I'm actually going to test out their new grip today as my new OBR just came in and it seems it came with one... quite curious.... i personally think the stock is ugly. :P

I believe famkl has the right idea. Cheaper to make their own stock and grip then buy magpul stuff to put on their rifles.

Unless I missed it, I don't see any compartments on the RAT stock.
