    Anyone know where I can find convoluted foam for the lid portion of my Pelican 1700 case?

          OP, you may want to look for egg crate foam...not convoluted.
          That is, unless you're looking for twisted/coiled foam

              Convoluted foam IS egg crate.

                      These guys also have closed cell foam which doesn't hold as much moisture as open cell.
