    Who make this upper?

Im looking for a AR-15 upper receiver assembly that has the following features.

    - 16" heavy barrel
    - 5.56 chamber
    - chrome lined barrel
    - mid length forearm grip
    - A2 upper reciever.

all your feed back would be greatly appreciated.

if that configuration cant be found, im also looking for barrel with same options but in 20" barrel

Just about every AR upper manufacturer builds/will build that upper for you.

    -LMT
    -Del-Ton
    -CMMG
    etc.

Even the 'bottom feeders' offer that configuration.

The whole thing centers around on what the heck a "mid length forearm grip" is.

It could mean a mid length rail system, a Dissipator type setup, a mid-length gas system, a VFG bolted in the middle of stock handguard. Or somesort of sling mount to put your forearm through. With that specific requirement; all the manufacturer makes what you want or none of them do.

If you meant a 16" heavy profile MID-LENGTH gas system upper than no one makes anything like it. The question would also be raise as to why you think you need a heavy profile mid length barrel? Are you one of the rare Full Auto M16 lower owner in California?

I have Rock River mid-length uppers in stock.
They come with a flattop receiver, but I could certainly rebuild one on an A2 receiver for you.
The barrel has an A2 front sight on it already.

oh thanks on all ur advice and for BOBFRIED asking why i want mid-length - heavy barrel setup. its because i like the feel and look of the heavy barrel setup, and i want mid-length rail system, because i dont like how too much barrel shows in front of sight

              WRONG.
              Rock River makes them.
I have them in chrome lined and stainless steel versions.
