Who makes a 6.5 Grendal in piston AR15 platform

I'm looking for a new pig gun that I can put my suppressor and thermal on. I'm trying to run a piston driven in the 6.5 Grendal 16" barrel.
Who makes one, budget is not an issue and it's for Texas and other free states......suck it Newscum!

I put one together with a 24" barrel using the Addams piston, works great!

Pistons are a great way to add cost and reduce accuracy at the same time.
What is your reason for wanting a gas piston?

For reliability and the use of a suppressor

Do you perceive a piston to be better with a suppressor or more reliable than a direct impingement gas system?
          It is not.

An op-rod with a piston in a cylinder mounted on the barrel bends the barrel as the bullet is traveling down the bore.

This is why gas piston guns string shots up and down.
The gas piston has no delay so the gun cycles much faster which is bad for the case and increases perceived recoil.

The longer delay of unlocking that comes with a direct impingement gas system lets the bullet clear out of the suppressor before the bolt even unlocks.
This is better for the brass and makes less recoil.

              Grab a SBR DI 6.8SPC

Mostly said in jest. I’d take 6.8 with actual spec 2 loads and shorter barrel. 6.5 Grendel better for longer barrel I believe.
