AR 6.5 Grendel scratching shell casings?????

Have scratches from the shoulder down (not on the shoulder) about 1/2 inch long, spaced evenly (think feed ramps). These are not dents, very light scratches.....could the gun be over gassed????? Not effecting accuracy or function....

I remember someone else having the same problem long ago that posted in 6.5 Grendel Forum, I don't remember what the solution was but you might want to do a search there.
