Probably the wrong forum to ask. This kind of legal question seems tailor made for the "How does CA law affect me?" sub-forum.

Didn't the # of gun buys in a month (1 a month) just get shot down in court? Like last week?

Rule #1 Liberals screw up everything they touch.
Rule #2 Whatever they accuse you of, they are already doing.
Rule #3 Liberals lie about anything no matter how insignificant.
Rule #4 If all else fails, they call you a Racist!

It's not how well you do what you know how to do,,, It is how well you do what you don't know how to do.

He's talking about the allowed number of sales an individual is permitted in one year. You can buy as many as you want, but can't sell. Such a stupid law.

I don't think it should because it's NOT a sale.
The limit is 5 SALES per year.

Also, why not just stick the unused lower into the back of the safe for a rainy day.
Never know when you might have some other use for it.

The limit is 5 sales transactions per year totaling no more than 50 firearms.
Your purchasing is only limited by your ability to purchase.
