Maadi RML question

Does anyone know where these can be found, either on the net, or NorCal? I found one on GB, but the guy won't ship to CA. So what's a fair market value on one of these? Also, anyone have any reviews on this rifle? AND PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, but the Maadi "RML" is NOT on the ban list, correct? I'm trying to decide what AK/AKM I want to pick up.

Maadi RML

There's a Maadi RML that saids it's NIB on www.gunauction.com but I don't know if he will ship it to CA, you can always ask.
