I'm thinking of doing a rifle like this...

I do like those rifles you posted. Those patterns. Kinda classic and also very effective, I'll bet.

We really have to imagine seeing a camo'd or at least "tactically" dressed person holding these rifles from 75+ yds away. I'll bet they disappear from view.... assuming there's a foliage or rocky background.

How do you plan to get it painted?

I was thinking of cerakoting, but then there is better way to spend same money - could get a Hydra HS225 thermal clip on for 250 dollars more. So I am thinking of just regular spray paint …. My lower Aero is cerakoated anyway …..

Very sensible. There are tons of methods and techniques on how you want it to look. Many pics and videos out there to give you ideas. Put the bulk of your money toward that scope.

Be aware that spraypaint needs time to fully cure. Like a week or so in warm air. And no matter what, it's gonna chip and scratch off in spots here and there. Not much to do about it. But so what, right? Those spots rubbed black here and there actually add to the camo to some degree.
