On the BCM charging handle, you can save a few bucks by orders from the nice people at Primary Arms...

Nice! I ordered the same upper minus the troy on Thursday. Waiting for the upper is like waiting on your dros. Still haven't received the second e-mail yet! We gotta be patient. Good buy my brotha!

I suggest you also purchase a Magpul B.A.D. lever and trigger guard. If you have the money to spare, buy a troy ambi-magazine release button

I didn't notice anyone mention this but you're probably gonna need a castle nut wrench to be able to tighten down the castle nut when you install your buffer tube onto your lower.

You could also get one of those AR-15 wrenches. I got one for my build and it was immensely useful.

Why would he need a castle nut wrench? the stock he listed is the ACE lite. Doesn't this stock use the buffer tube similar to the RRA entry stock?

Looks good! You can get a magpul MOE handguard on the super cheap, or if you are into the quad rail look and you want something REALLy cheap go UTG.
