RRA order wait time?

I'm seriously thinking of ordering a 16" with a free float tube, weaver gas block and maybe a stainless barrel but I'm not sure I want to wait til july to get it...

They must either be 1) small or 2) have 12 bazillion orders coming in every day.

I don't stock the CAR uppers.
I only stock the Mid-Length uppers.
Mid-length is the way to go.
CAR has too many inherent problems.

I ordered a RRA 18" Varmint Upper for a customer. They quoted 8 weeks when I ordered it but it was delivered to my shop in just under 4. Take that for what it's worth.
