headset recommendation please

I'm already wearing hearing aids from working around jets in the Air Force. My vision also sucks so I wear progressive lenses. My problem is I can't get a good cheek weld with the fat head sets. I need a good set of slim headsets. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

i use ear pro sonic defenders plus by surefire.
fancy ear plugs that actually stay put and give ability to hear voice commands and still keep protected.

Look at pro ears gold predators, they're slim and cut so they don't bunch up
