Try these guy's.http://sotaarms.com/ My friends dad got one of there uppers and has already ran 500 or so rounds threw it with no problems.I purchased there 7.62x39 upper.But i have no feed back yet since i have not taken the gun to the range since i finished it.

Go with PSA, you actually know whos making the barell and they are cheaper for the same quality.
