AR lowers/uppers out of stock?!

I just spent a bunch of time shopping on web trying to locate and buy upgrade parts since I'm goin to wait on a new complete build due to so much out of stock bits. What I found was PK Firearms online store and ordered a Magpul CTR with complete kit (buffer tube, spring, buffer, parts) and Magpul MOE grip and a carbine stock wrench.

So many distributers and online stores were out of stock on Magpul buttstocks!

I really like their store but I'm not playing their price inflation game... $125 for a stripped lower, get out of here. They lost a couple sales from me to other local stores in SoCal since they didnt jack up prices just for kicks.

Aside from that.. OP, there is a shortage right now on everything, really a bad time to build an AR.

Tell me about it, I'm trying to get a Geisselle SSA right now for my new 300 AAC Blackout Build. I can't find one to save my life.

I screwed up too, there was one on BravoCompany and I thought "oh I'll buy it tomorrow..."

I had a hard time finding one locally... I always try to support my local stores first, but I said screw it and ordered my SD-E direct from Geisselle... At least I got some free swag and my trigger came direct from them, it was worth the extra $20 bucks in cost just to be done with it.

I called them enough times bugging them with questions so they earned my business. Ill be ordering another trigger from them soon too.

I take it you didn't try discount guns on Morena Blvd. The have everything from Anderson Arms to Spikes in stripped lowers.

I live in the IE (Chino/Ontario area) and I called on stripped lowers yesterday. Tried 3 Turners, Ammo Bros, Cal Arms, Rifle gear, and didn't have to much trouble finding lowers. Only 2 stores were out of stock, and while they didn't all have the greatest selection, I found 8 different brands from $89 to $249 in ez driving distance. Put a PSA in jail in Corona for 99 and fees. Just need to look around.

I tried Discount in Santee and they had nothing, they never told me you had some sitting in the other store.
Doesnt matter now i'm 4 days from getting my AR from TDS
