What evidence would you like? You can take a look at the barrel roll mark for one thing. We don't hide who makes our complete upper groups, barrels, upper receivers, and BCG's, which seems to be such a big deal for some vendors Do you guys think BCM is actually manufacturing their own barrels?

Our uppers have been on the market for a few years now and I think the positive feedback from those that have bought them should be enough evidence that they are "proven". We may not have the marketing focus behind our uppers like some companies do, but manufacturing is not our main focus. We are more of a multi-brand retailer first, who just happens to have some nice "store-brand" uppers and lowers available as well.

        No BS here.

I sold a 20" bcm upper that would short stroke every time on the range a couple times.

I have one of each. My RG is a 14.5 mid with 2k +/- 193 thru it with zero issues. The bcm is a 16" mid but since it's new to me lil less than 500 rds downrange

Fit and finish of both are great, both sport c4 rails. To be honest the mystique of having the bcm logo is pure fanboyism to me, and since the upper is new the giddiness has yet to wear off. But honestly can't say it offers any tangible benefit to me over my RG.
Haven't tried steel case in either yet, but plan to soon after breaking in the bcm a bit more.

They do not make their barrels, and refuse to state who does, so, politely, a misguided pst. They do provide a quality assembly service though

Wolf/Tula is underpowered. Its not the upper, its the ammo that is the issue. If you took steel cased Hornady TAP you wouldn't have had the issue, and they use Wolf cases.

                              Looks? Sounds?

How about function? Reliability? Proven components?

Both brands do the same job. Both brands are excellent choices worth considering. I'm not a fanboy of either but money talks.

Compare features and what you get for your $$$. All else equal, what buys more range time, training, and ammo?

Two of my many builds. Never an issue with any "brands."

I'd get the cheaper one. They are of equal quality.
