anybody own this VEPR in 762x54r?

does it use mags SVD/PSL mags?
what kind of accuracy am i looking at?

I have this VeprX54 and PSL, Vepr won't take PSL/SVD mags. accuracy depends on you, I can get 1-1.5" MOA with 180gr Russian silver tip if I try hard.

I'm with you MrPlink. Everyone needs to stop talking about the VEPRs, they just look so good and I'm not ready to spend that cash. I felt the same way about the PSL and now they are rarer, worth more, and still look good. Not sure about the GAS though?

Vepr and PSL is AK on steroids , SVD/Tigr different gas system and pluming. 7.62X54R is a great round and cheap too, I put 3K trough my PSL and planning to do the same with the Russian girl
I just changed original handguard on IWD AK47 hand guards and Dinzag's hand guard retainer ,EastGerman gas tube ,Matt from IWD working on SVD type furniture for my girl, BTW nothing wrong with original wood I think is great quality
overall Molot is doing great job with the Veprs rifles and Molot shotguns

Vepr build around RPK's reinforced receiver ,plus heavy barrel will give Vepr the edge with the PSL
The only downside is single stack ,5 round mag .I heard that Atlantic will have 10-15 rounds soon
