Calguns OLL?

Hi,
I'm pretty new here still but I saw that OLL that had the Ca. seal on it and I think it said "peace" instead of safe?? Where can I get one of those?

This one was a little different though, someone told me it may have been made by a calguns member.
It was making fun of a politicion or something too.

Come on I saw it in a thread where there was alot of pictures of OLL's. I've been searching for hours. It didn't look photo shopped. Someone asked a question about it and then another member posted the picture. Then someone asked where to get one and nobody ever said. It had the CA. seal on the front not the bear and I thought it was making fun of the DOJ or something for the model number.
