Arsenal USA and Armory USA were the same company (aka Global Trades). Not to be confused with Arsenal, Inc of Nevada (which is why Armory changed their name in the first place AFAIK).

I believe Global Trades / Armory USA was sold to Elk River Tool & Die a number of years ago.
