Try asking around barfcom I think there were some 16" melonited rock barrels floating around there.

Superior Barrels is a small company that has their own barrel-life-extending treatment, aka 'hard bluing.' They currently have some 17" lilja barrels in stock that are hard blued. 300$ for the same barrel that was used on the original seal recce rifles is hard to beat especially when you consider that Lilja charges 450 for it.
