Middleman for XCR or RFB

does anyone know if Lanworld in Utah or some other intermediate FFL do the necessary installations and modifications to a Keltec RFB or Robinson Arms XCR-L to make them legal for a CA FFL to DROS? I'm saving up for a new rifle and wanted to buy the RFB first, then the XCR-L, then all my plans are falling through.

Robinson will configure the XCR to be Ca compliant right from the factory, you can choose between mag lock or featureless.

On the RFB, maybe try Henderson Defense.
