    AK Folding Stock Noob

I just purhcase a MAKO Folding Stock from Amazon cause I really like the Cheek Rest on this stock.

After installing it and trying out the folding stock I just realize I turned my WASR 10 from docile semi-auto to a BABY KILLER , the OAL of the rifle was down to 27.5 inches, so I immedietly use a screw to permanently pin the folding stock.

Now my question is I know there is a 4.5 inch muzzle brake out there do I have to permanently weld it to the barrel or just simply screwing it will do?

And in regards to the 4.5 inch muzzle brake do you guys happen to know a cool one that would fit a WASR10? I hate the fake silencer type.

Pinning and welding the brake to the barrel is only to bring the min barrel length to 16". If you already have the min barrel length and just need overall length then no welding is required.

    Check this thread. https://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/...d.php?t=409569
    Best extended brakes IMO.
