    AP Micro Mounting

    Im trying to decide if I want to put a carry handle or BUIS (I have both) on my 14.5" upper but I know that I want a micro RDS later. Has anyone mounted their micro on a FF rail ahead of the upper receiver? Looking for reviews, opinions, ideas, co-wit vs 1/3, etc.

    Ive been looking around and haven't really seen many pics and no reviews of the forward mounting position.

    If I do go carry handle I'm planing to install an 11" VTAC alpha rail and micro on lower 1/3 QD mount.

    If BUIS then probably just an MOE front end and micro in co-wit mount.

    Or maybe go like the DD torture test and get a fixed rear sight and the micro...

              Could it be any clearer? Any law that infringes on our right to keep and bear arms is a violation of the Second Amendment and is unconstitutional.

                      If you're going to use a Micro, mount it on the upper receiver, and get rid of the carry handle and use either a fixed or folding BUIS

                      As for right now, the carry handle, assuming you know how to make use of the elevation wheel is probably your most accurate and durable option.
