advise please

I ordered a 20" bull barrel rifle kit from J&T for my Doublestar lower on the 6th and was told 1 week. When the UPS truck didnt stop on the 14th I checked my credit card; no charges, WTF?
I called and Dana told me no barrels for porting but they are going to the porter on Weds (15th) and that my kit would ship on 17th 2nd day air and they would cover the additional shipping cost. I called on the 17th to confirm with Dana that this was being shipped today, rather than tell me that they had dropped the ball and failed to keep in contact with me she passed me off to somebody else who broke the bad news to me
Piss poor way to do business if you ask me.

So my question is: Is M&A Parts any better? How is their quality? Will the finish of their parts match up with the Doublestar lower or is it more like my Lauer?
Anybody have a upper or complete kit from M&A that can share their buying experience with me?
Damn J&T, I really wanted one of their kits to mate to their lower.

I bought from CMMG and they built my upper and had it out the door in less then the 2 hours!!! I told them what I was looking for and what kind of shooting I wanted to do and he help me work out the detail and never pushed the top priced iteams but sold me what would do the job. In 45 min he sent me pictures of the upper to make sure it was just what I wanted. I called him back and told him if was perfect. He boxed it up along with the other parts I ordered and within 2 hours he gave me a tracking number.

A+++ for CMMG. They couldn't not have been more helpful or any faster.

Edit: Also that same upper has shot 1/4 inch groups.

Style= I told them I wanted an upper that would shoot right with the bolt action rifles but not a long barrel. He suggested I go with a 16" bull barrels, freefloat tube and no muzzle brake. I asked about a SS barrel and he said while its nice he guaranteed the chromoly barrel would shot just as well. He was right.

Cost= I think I got it for around $600 to my door. Its not the cheapest but it will shoot better then 99.9% of the guns at the range. The 0.1% is my Savage bolt action

I wish I did. I did speak with a couple different guys and they all were very nice. I got that feeling as if I was a good friend of their while talking to them. Very down to earth and helpful
