Ive been searching but couldnt find an answer. If I was to build a polish underfolder, since it is mine and unregistered, by CA law does the underfolder stock need to be pinned or welded open? Do I still need a bullet button? Thanks for the assistance

1. Not necessarily
2. Yes, if you are not going featureless
You may want to refer to and/or study the flow chart. Good luck!"Only a fool leans upon his own misunderstanding."- Bob Marley -
^^^^ roger that. As long as your ak is at least 30" in its shortest configuration its legal. I have a polish underfolder kit coming as well and I plan on coming up with a conversion to keep the stock extended while in CA. Kinda like a bullet button for the underfolding stock. when your building make sure that the gun cannot be fired until that stock is fixed.Comment
