barrel maker + gunsmith?

does any one know of good high quality rifle barrel makers? i want a target bull barrel along with a good gunsmit to bed it...i am in the vacaville area.

Lilja will make the barrel and he has smiths you can send it to, to install and bed it.

Or you can have Master Class stocks bed it once ANY barrel maker makes it and any gunsmith installs it.

Stick with a major manufacturer like Lilja, Kreiger, Bartlein, Broughton, Rock Creek, Pac-Nor etc and you should be good.

As far as a smith, what is the rifle you want to have this work done on and what's the rifles purpose?

Marc Soulie is in Concord. He's built a number of rifles for the members of the NCPPRC, not to mention for myself, Wooger & other NorCal guys.
