    What do you think Legal?

    So I bought an MG42 clone M53 and you cant have a pistol grip we already know this. I took one of the grip panels off an cut out a piece of carbon fiber in an extended grip and fin. here are some pictures. What do you think? Will it pass the stay out of trouble test?

              bought a second one for 30 bucks and drill a hole in the top of the cone. instant booster/muzzle break. Keep the original intact.

                      Hmmm...Not a bad idea. Thanks I'll have to file that one away. I've got an mg53 kit I'm going to build and was considering different ideas for turning the FH into a brake.

                          No such thing as a "crew serviced firearm".

                          The 1919 does not have a shoulder stock, so it is not considered a "rifle" under Federal and CA laws. It is a Title 1 other.

                          The MG42/M53 has a shoulder stock, so it is considered a "rifle" under Federal and CA laws. So, it needs to be configured to conform with CA's assault weapons laws.
