This wouldnt count as a crew serviced firearm?
The 1919 does, so it is not subject to the AWB.The California Moderate Centrist Militia member in exile

Hmmm...Not a bad idea. Thanks I'll have to file that one away. I've got an mg53 kit I'm going to build and was considering different ideas for turning the FH into a brake.sigpicOriginally posted by Dr. ElkyIf your a man who wears white sunglasses, your probably a douche bagOriginally posted by CSACANNONEERI've been know to cross dress and go the other way at certain events.Comment

No such thing as a "crew serviced firearm".
The 1919 does not have a shoulder stock, so it is not considered a "rifle" under Federal and CA laws. It is a Title 1 other.
The MG42/M53 has a shoulder stock, so it is considered a "rifle" under Federal and CA laws. So, it needs to be configured to conform with CA's assault weapons laws.sigpic

"Sporter" is what the drooling toothless inbred albino with the hacksaw thinks his newly created "dear riffel" is.
"Bubba" is what he and his ugly and ruined rifle really are.
First you are chopping up historic vintage rifles and sticking them in cheap and nasty looking plastic "dildo" stocks that look like some kind of futuristic sex toy that gay space aliens stick up each other's butts.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.
