Where to buy a NFA LW-15 lower in inland empire?

Is there anywhere in the inland empire area where I can buy a NFA LW-15 lower or do I need to make the drive all the way to rifle gear? If I could buy it local I can save atleast $100 in gas. I would rather not have to do a dealer transfer to a local ffl since it will still be about the same price I would spend in gas.

You need to find a new FFL if your FFL is going to charge you $100 for a transfer. Look at the FFL finder on gunbroker, there are plenty out there that will charge you under $40 to receive and $25 to do the DROS(which you would have to pay for regardless). Order a complete lower direct from NFA, (something around $112 including shipping, +$20 if you get the CA compliant) You will get charged tax on the lower being brought into CA, so add about another $10 (you would have paid tax at rifle gear anyway)

FWIW I paid $154 out the door for a lower with a bullet button at Riflegear. If I had ordered from NFA and shipped to the FFL I use it would have cost me $195 or close to that and could have saved me ~330 miles of driving and $62 in gas.

It all comes down to finding an FFL that doesn't charge ridiculous fees like a lot do. Reminds me of a certain gun store in Temecula that wanted to charge me $65 PLUS $25-dros for receiving a used rifle for me. That was how I found the local, private FFL that charged $25 fee plus $25 dros...shop around and don't think you HAVE to use an FFL with a storefront, they always charge more because they are both pissed you aren't buying their merchandise and see it as a waste of their precious time.

This is true. Or they will just say NO we don't accept these types of transfers anymore. But we carry other manufacturers and models. Which cost double the cost of what I wanted to purchase!

I wish turners would start carrying them. It would be a lot less hassle.
