    80% lower ?????

    If I do all my own milling blah blah and build a ar pistol with the lower do I need to serialize it?? I will never sell it or get rid of it..

            only needs to be marked if down the road you intend to sell/transfer. At that point you have to follow FED regulation as such.

            Otherwise, keep it evil and leave it blank!

              Blank it is, yea I left it blank... Ordered a stag parts kit with ambi selector and a spikes tactical pistol buffer kit..Now I just need to find a decent upper.. How can I do a home finish on it? What would be best?
