What's your favorite bullet button tool?

I don't know many more than 4 or so or else I would have made this a poll.

I was about to buy the Mag Magnet and thought that there may be better options out there. In searching this forum I ran across the "Bullet Button Release Tool" GPik finger thingy... The UBBT(which is nice but I have a 7.62x39 AR) I have heard there are gloves with a BB tool on the finger. Any others out there that you prefer? One's you have tried and not liked for a certain reason? Does anybody make a paracord bracelet with a tool attached?

The Mag Magnet is an invitation to a felony arrest, as is any other device which remains attached to your magazine release when you let go of it. Please don't waste your money on it and expose yourself to the potential legal consequences.

I've used both the GPik and UBBT but never on an AK pattern rifle (I'm assuming that's what you're talking about when you say you "have a 7.62X39"). Both the GPik and UBBT work as well as anything is going to in the AR platform. One thing about the UBBT is that if you only have one magazine with the tool attached, and it's in the rifle, you'll be digging in your pockets for a tool to release it.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

Sorry, I should have been more clear I have a 7.62x39 AR. Even though the button isn't permanently attached to the rifle it is a no go? When I first saw them at the gun show that's the arguement the guy was telling everybody that because it wasn't permanently attached but now on their website(possibly different company) they do say you need to take it off the gun after you have inserted the magazine.

My cleaning kits come with a barrel range flag, they kinda look like a plastic fishing hook, it fits perfectly and works great and won't scratch the gun.

I like using the Magpul plastic dummy rounds that came with my ACS stock.

That or I use the snap cap that I have in the chamber while the gun is in storage.

I use the first round in the next mag.

                  Grab a mag
Push the top round forward a little bit with my pointer finger
                  Insert into BB
                  Mag drops
push round back into mag using some part of the rifle (usually the plastic grip)
Slam new mag in and drop the bolt

                  BANG!

"A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of excercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate excercise to the body, it gives independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are to violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun, therefore, be the constant companion of your walks." UBBT should work fine on the 7.62x39 mags. At least, I hope they do. I'm going to order some to put on my 7.62x39 mags, so I'll let you know. Don't know why they wouldn't.

I keep a Magpul dummy 5.56 round in my MIAD grip, along with a Raddlock tool that hangs on your wrist, also in there is my front sight adjustment tool and the small hex key for my Vamfire MLD, along with a spare firing pin. I love the MIAD grip! lol
