SKS with a couple crates of 7.62x39 ammo!!!!!!

i would still have enough money left over to get to have a shopping spree at Fry's electronics and range fees for a couple of months!!!!!!

If you get the SU16CA, I recommend getting the compact forend conversion as well. It is very solid and cool.

SKS all the way. Can't beat that cheap ammo. Plus you can even use ak mags(well not in this state) in it.

The Mini 14 with the factory twenty round (they never jam, they are the best made magazines for the MINI 14 period) magazine is a fine rifle.

The SKS is probably the most reliable and the cheapest.
I can load a 10 round stripper clip pretty fast.
Lots of money left to buy ammo.
