    One of a kind: 6.8mm SPC FDE Tan Left handed AR15

    Ah, finally back from Calguns member: RECCE556 in working so hard for weeks on my Magpul FDE TAN Duracoated - 6.8mm SPC LEFT HANDED M4:

    Features:
    • Stag Arms 5HTL upper receiver w/ left handed ejection BCG (painted)
    • Stag Arms 6.8mm SPC 1x10 16" bbl. (painted)
    • Oly Arms AW registered lower (the only item that was old and painted to look like new!)
    • RRA Lower parts kit
    • Magpul EMOD Tan milspec stock (not painted - matches Duracoat paint)
    • Magpul MIAD Tan milspec pistol grip (not painted - matches Duracoat paint)
    • KAC RAS rails (painted)
    • KAC RAS rail covers (painted)
    • KAC forward pistol grip (painted)
    • Surefire M6 Scout LED 5W lamp w/ Larue billet mount
    • Matech BUIS
    • VLTOR gas block VST1 flip up front sight
    • Trijicon 4x32 ACOG FDE Tan w/ Doctor 1x magnification red dot, back up rifle sights on side of ACOG, Larue billet mount (soon to be added mount ordered from LaRue) has not been painted - stock color from Trijicon!
    • 30rd 6.8mm Barrett M468 magazine (painted) - "Preban weapon w/ high cap mag & AW status"
    • Soon to be added: ambidextrous safety, mag release and Pentagon light laser.

    Duracoating is better than your average Home Depot Krylon paint job. Duracoating is an epoxy 2 part paint that keeps your existing or old finish underneath by offering a layer of protection. Unlike Krylon spray paints, Duracoating will not come off when you clean your gun with solvents! The only way to remove Duracoat is by glass bead blasting it off!!!

    BTW: The FDE Magpul Tan color is perfect for use in Southern California and will not "reflect" back the rifle's signature in the darkness urban or desert use!!!

                Thanks for sharing.... I was interested on how shiny the FDE ACOG version was and is a bit too shiny for my taste. But definitely a greal looking rifle!
