Did mine yesterday in an hour with a cordless hand drill and a couple screw drivers on my living room floor. Its easy to do. What tools are you lacking?

It really is surprisingly simple. It was the 2nd time I used a dremel. That and a $14 harbor Freight corded drill, a vice, some handtools. That's it, along with some youtube.

Takes a bit of courage to take a drill to your rifle but it is simple. Just measure twice and cut once. :-). Make sure you have the necessary compliance parts in addition to the conversion kit.
