should i get a bb?

i am in doubt right now. thinking about getting a sage ebr stock for my m1a scout but i really dont want to install a bb on my m1a. love the look hate the bullet button ... needs some old man wisdom . will be 50% plinking, 30% hunting and 20% to look kool what other alternatives do i have???
