He sounds Puerto Rican. I recognize that accent, likely from NYC. My wife's half PR, half Colombian and her family is all from there.

I thought the review was funny, as in the guy's a dummy and it's funny. Nice find! I bet he's going to have a hard time trying to figure out how to shoot that rifle whilst holding it sideways...

I think he is from NY. I've watched a few of his other reviews. He does have some nice toys.
