    Seeking source for complete upper

Have my lower ready, here's what I'm looking for in a complete upper:

-quality barrel, 1:8 or 1:9 (chrome lined?)
    -5.56mm NATO accepting
    -18-20"
-No feature muzzle, or muzzle break that doesn't even resemble a flash hider
    - rear and front BUS of decent quality, will probably spend more time with them on than off
-rails to potentially add nothing more than a scope or light, and a front grip.

Don't want to break the bank either (<$650 ideally). Thoughts? Overwhelmed with options at this point. Many thanks.

Turners has bushmaster uppers 20 and 24 inch. Turners has them on sale sometimes. Ammo bros has a good selection and riflegear you to can look at theirs online
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Email them since they say its not in stock. Its a nice upper and you can do 1:8.

If your planning to mount a scope you can save yourself at least $100 by not having buis. Unless you're deploying to the next country that we're going to invade then you don't need them.

I suggest spending that money on a better quality optic.
