Pony up the extra bucks and get a Shiloh. Their barrels are cut in-house on Pratt & Whitney rifling machines that came from Springfield Armory (the original one), they can advise you on calibers, twists, etc. as the company has an active BPCR shooting team, someone there will answer the phone or respond to emails, and they speak English.

I suppose if I wanted to remodel my home in Loveland, Colorado, that would be a great website!!
          You must mean www.BPCR.net.

Pedersoli's have great barrels. I'm not so impressed with the rest of the gun.

Here is an equipment survey from the 2009 Nationals. http://www.bpcr.net/index-a.htm

Shiloh’s are definitely more expensive. There must be a reason.

Have you shot a Sharps before? I'm not an expert but a couple of things to be aware of. The barrels can get really heavy, you might want to keep the length down to something reasonable, don't go too long. Try handling some different weight barrels if you can. Also, I like the 38-55 but it may have trouble knocking down the rams. You may want to ask around before you go light on the bullet. No problem punching paper.
