    2-point slings for AR-15 / S&W M&P15 Sport?

Are there any good, comfortable, and inexpensive, two-point slings for the AR-15, and more specifically, M&P15 Sport, that would be not more than $25.00 or so in price, either online or in store?

Also asking in the price range of $25.00-$40.00.

Padding would be a plus. No operations contemplated. Will be used for the range mostly, some limited hunting, if at all.

Prompt replies are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Go with the VTAC. Its on all my ARs, also just used it in a carbine class. They have them at Brownells for less than $40. (Get the padded one)

Redi-Mag Boonie Packer is always highly recommended.

I prefer the Blue Force VCAS, but its a bit more.

I had the two point and didn't like it so I went to a single. For me a lot better.

That one looks like a good buy. I really don't feel like spending over $25.00 in light of all the other expenses, so lean to the amount, $25.00 or under, unless the $25.00-$40.00 group offers so much more.

Fellas, please keep the replies coming. They're appreciated.

                  Gosh, another VTAC recommendation. Thanks.

As an aside, I am picking up a new M&P15 Sport and was wondering if I can attach a vertical foregrip with it, or will I need to buy something to attach it to.
I don't remember the basic gun configuration with the 10-day wait period.

Talk to Zfields. Hes a member here and offers a 10% discount on custom made para-cord slings. My sling was $52.

                      SandStorm Strap Works

awesome looking, feeling and comfortable slings for everyday carry. I bought a single to two point conversion sling in Cobra Knot (Solomons weave). I think mine is on his websites front page bottom right.

In the interest of full disclosure, I paid full price for my sling. He nor any of his employees have given me ANY thing to promote his slings. I just want to make that clear I am in no way a shill or spokesperson for his gear. I just thing its awesome stuff.

This adjust to either 1 or 2 point.

                        Thanks, will research the sling.

                        Please keep replies coming.

People with first-hand knowledge preferred-this seems to be the case so far.

Anyone recommend 1 and 1/4" inch or 1 and 1/2" wide sling for the Sport?

I don't know the price point but probably not within my parameters, duh! Am I wrong? Perhaps this post will be helpful to others where money no object, so, NBD..... thanks-great looking sling and looks like it would be super-comfortable.

Mine was $52 WITHOUT THE 10% Calguns discount and I choose high end weaves.

Go to the website and play around with it. PM ZFields and see what he says. He's a good guy, and everyday shooter and a Calguns supporter...can't beat that with a stick.
