Possible of Transferring ownership

I'm new with the rules of transferring/buying rifles, but is it possible transfer ownership of a rifle to me if my DL is suspended ?

I would like to have to some advice or if possible a link to some rules/regulations regarding about this broad topic to enlighten myself.

Probably not. It would probably come down to the FFL if they will take an expired DL or not.
Can you get a State ID?

That I'm not sure of, my DL is suspended due to too many points on my record. I guess I got to wait it out to continue what I'm doing eh?

Yah it's possible , you just have to apply for a California state ID
