I just got my New Frontier Armory 18" G-Tach. Came in speedy time and they made sure it didn't arrive on a Mon. or Tues. since I' am out of town for work those days. Very happy with it ...love the American flag on the end over the Charging handle. Only thing that I didn't like was the ugly ejection port cover but it's a minor issue. I tried rubbing it out with a cloth and some outters oil and a graphite cloth but /shrug no big deal. I can't wait to shoot it. Very tight to not only the lower but in general. Nice upper for under $430 delivered.

One pet peeve that really pissed me off but was not the fault of NFA was that G*D D*mn UPS driver... I made sure it was a signature required delivery so they wouldn't A. lob it over my balcony or B. leave it sitting on my doorstep for some ghetto rat to steal. Soooooooooo.......... Yup you guessed it. Even though I was sleeping 10' from my door in sweats and a t-shirt and jumped up and sprinted to the door upon the 1st knock the chuckle-head left it sitting by my door upright and was all the way downstrairs and almost around the corner by the time I got to the door which was probably 5 secs. PISSES ME OFF TO NO END.... WTF is wrong with these gues? What don't they understand about signature required? Nothing NFA could do as it clearly stated Signature required on the package and paperwork in huge red letters.

I wonder if people could start using the USPS as I never have issues with them and living in an APT. complex my Manager can always sign for it like he does sometimes when I order ammo lol. He always looks at me a bit funny being an ex-marine but never says anything to me.. Although one time he teased me about wanting to keep my package

Let us know how it shoots. I'm strongly considering their 16" for my AR.

Congrats. As for the dust cover they all seem to come that way from what I've seen. They probably coat a 1,000 of them at a time in a basket just thrown together.

Yeah let us know how that one goes. It might be worth the extra ammo not to use one of those this time huh.

                    scaredy cat now

LOL or I might just not go after working all night and getting 3 hours sleep and driving an hour and a half... I didn't go today for exactly that reason ...actually I don't think I'd ever use another one of those at the range now. It just scared the piss outta me ..I might get a cheapy one and use it at home just to get it centered left to right but honestly I think I had it zeroed when I made my last adjustment and my Eotech was already zeroed. That was however a differant upper so who knows this ones alot tighter and I that one had some issues including a non functioning trigger set.. That's what you get for paying $600 for a complete rifle that's pretty much brand new. I should have known something was up. Ya know what they say if it sounds to good to be true lol.

                      New Frontier

Very nice photos. I just got a 16" complete upper from them this week. Despite me calling them at 3 PM their time, it arrived only two days later, safe and sound.

Fitment to a DefCon (Ammo Bros) lower was perfect.

Taking it shooting tomorrow to see how it does. So far I'm very impressed with it for the price.

I also liked the American flag on top of the charging hande. Nice touch!!!!!

Took the new upper out today. Had a great time went to RCSC. Put almost 300 rounds downrange and another 100 thru the Kimber :<).... The target I posted in the slide show is at 100 yards with an Eotech XPS 2-0 and keep in mind I probably already put 200 rounds down range plus the 100 thru the 1911 so I was a bit tired.

The pics with the front are from the last 10 min shoot and I think I was pulling low right because of fatigue. I was dialed in with the Nikon which is ironic considering that was what I was doing when I shot the boresight out of it The last adjustment put me right on at 25yards. It shot low at 100. So It was one midot up at 100yards on the buckmaster 4.5 - 14 x 40 at full zoom to be right on. The Eotech was shooting easy nickle size groups at 25 yards but that's only 25 yards ..I had to aim a bit low at 100 yards to make her hit center. So I assume it was similar flight path as the Scope...
