Trying to decide.....

Sitting here drinking my russian budwiser (stolichnaya) and I suddenly can't decide between getting a good ak 47 instead of a home build AR. I got about 2k to drop with tax returns in Febuary and I can't for the life of me think of why I don't just get an AK with 3 or 4K rounds instead of an AR with about 1.5k rounds. Other than the fact that I can hit a quarter with regularity at 25 yards with the M4 (Navy qual'd) I can't think of another reason. Help?!

You can buy both. I built a top quality AR with all my chosen specs for 1500$ -/+ including an aimpoint H1. And you can buy off the shelf AKs that are awesome in the 450$ range. Just get ammo with ur next paycheck. Ammo will run out, so your going to have to buy more with other funds anyways if it's not gunna be from this tax return.

Ak74= cheapest ammo+good accuracy+reliability+low pricetag.
Ak47= kinda cheap ammo+punching power+reliability+low price tag.
If you live local co co county you're mire than welcone to shoot any of my ak's and see what you like.
