need help identifying a spot

My buddy wants to go ride dirtbikes then cap a few rounds in some place near Gorman called Clybourne. I dont have the specs on it and might have even spelled the name wrong. Im not looking to burn anyone's spot. Just looking for some more info about this place to make sure we stay legal and safe. google left me without answers.
