I have just ordered them from JP directly. I have sold 2 here on CalGuns so yes they do turn up from time to time. I have actually been thinking about selling my 20" JP CTR-02 upper based rifle as I just do not shoot it. I own two others...a 16" and a 18". They are fantastic shooters and are silky smooth and very refined. With the low mass op system,muzzle brake, and adjustable gas block you end up with almost no recoil. Double taps and shot follow up is very easy and fun with the JP's.
Bellow is a video of the 20" I mentioned above and me shooting it at 600 yards with junk ammo.

I have always been interested with JP enterprise rifles but I dont know much about them besides how beautiful they are.
Do you know where they sell them in socal or if they ever pop up on calguns?

3K will get you a very nice rifle. Too nice to simply go with the opinion you get by asking on the internet. Do some research and figure out what will work best for you.

I am planning on selling my ACR which will leave me with 3k. I plan on buying a nice little Noveske but I am also interested in buying another rifle.

I agree with getting a top end AR and spending cash on classes. Just what I would do. I don't see what the extra $1500 in a rifle is gonna do for you if you can't shoot like a boss. Plus classes are fun.
