Looks as if it was built on a Global Trades standard AKM receiver instead of the Tantal but that's still very cool and common, especially before the Tantal NDS receiver came out!
If you didn't know, even thou the rifle has a folding stock on it, the rear trunnion is the same as is used on fixed stock rifles as well so you can literally just remove 2 screws and throw on a fixed stock as well.
Well sometimes the Polish rear trunnions had little pins in there as well but those are easy enough to tap out if they are still there or ever were there.
