Those with the Tactical Machine TM-10 lower

I have one and am starting my 308 build. But I'm a bit confused with the pistol grips.

There are LR-308 pistol grips, but the spare AR-15 grip I have fits perfectly. Is there an actual difference?

I'm looking at the Ergo grips with the palm shelves for reference. Thanks all.

Nope they are the same.

The DPMS AR15 ergo grip bolts right on.
