    Ruger 77 - 22 Hornet

I'm looking at buying a 22 Hornet, had enough of the "big boomers" I've been buying lately. I like the look of the heavy barreled Ruger, but facing off against my always positive CZ experiences the Ruger has a bit of an uphill climb.

Is the trigger on the 77 Hornet adjustable, like their other MkII heavy barreled target rifles in 223, 22 - 250? Anyone have one who can speak to their accuracy?

No, the triggers are not adjustable like the CZ. You can install an adjustable trigger in the Ruger but you already get that in the CZ. I have a CZ in 22 Hornet and it is capable of about 1 moa at 100 yds using box ammo. It is not a heavy barrel. I have a Ruger No. 1 in 22H that I am installing a barrel tuner, Moyer adjustable trigger and lightweight hammer into. I just haven't gotten around to finishing it up. It had a very muddy factory firing train.
