The Archangel I bought a year ago came with plastic insert to raise the web of the hand higher. It is mounted with a long screw. Forces my hand higher as specified.

Yes they ship with a compliance piece that is installed in the curve of the goose neck grip for a webbing effect so the hand can not wrap all around to meet CA DOJ silly standards.
