How many inches off 62 vs 75 grain ammo?

Has anyone zeroed their ARs using 62 grain ammos and then used a 75 grainer without readjusting zero?
I was wondering how many inches your POI is?
I tried a few rounds of Hornady 75 grains on my 16" that was zeroed with 62 grains, my poi was around 3" high. I was wondering if this is normal/average?

That's very normal and the poi change will be different for different rifles and ammo weight and manufacturer. A hornady 75gr may have a different poi than a nosler 75gr etc. Rifle A may have only 1" poi shift where as rifle B may have 4". Finally rifle C may have no poi shift at 100 yards regardless of bullet weight or manufacture.

I do it everytime I go to the range. My rifles are sighted in using 55 grain and display little to no shift at 100 yards when switching weights throughout the day.

Check that, the ACOG is for 62 grain, so it's sighted using that. But even when shooting 68 and 75 grain, it's still displays very little discernible drop out to 300 yards.
