    Which grip/stock for featureless AR

For those who have built a featureless AR, which grip or stock have you used that you like? I looked at the ones in the flowchart and wonder what folks' preference are.

Have a hammerhead with a magpul ctr stock. It works for me. You can use any collapseable stock so long as you pin it or whatever to meme it non collapseable. There is a picture thread with nothing but featureless rifles.

Made my own grip wrap. No reason to pay 50 bucks for 5 bucks worth of plastic that you can mold easily yourself.

I wasn't savy enough to make my own wrap but I went with the Solar Tactical wrap for my featureless SCAR.

If you're in San Diego, you can get them at Parallax Tactical in Miramar.

Why the featureless if you don't live in California?

MMG, HH, kydex wrap, or a U15. You can get a fixed stock, like the A1, A2, entry, Sully, or ACE. Or you can pin a collapsible stock. There is a featureless pic thread, so check that out for ideas.

I use the Exile Machine Hammerhead grip with the Ace ARUL stock.

I've used the following combinations at different times (on different rifles):

                      A2 stock with MMG
                      A2 stock with ST wrap
                      Pinned CAR stock with MMG
Pinned CAR stock with ST wrap
ACE ARFX entry length stock with MMG
ACE ARFX entry length stock with ST wrap

Still have one rifle with the A2/MMG combo, one with the pinned CAR stock/ST wrap combo and one with the ACE entry length/ST wrap combo. The MMG angle just doesn't feel right to me, your results may vary. Both are quality products.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I second Dr. Scorpio. ACE and Hammerhead all the way.

I'm a MMG/A2 or A1 guy. If you go the solar tactical route I've seen and heard that a lot of guys are happy when the stipple theirs for a little added grip. I also am a fan of the U-15 but they are a bit harder to come by and while I think one of the more comfortable options out there they are probably the least good looking. Any way you go you'll be happy you went with featureless!
