    Troy FDE or Tan?

Hey guys, does anyone know what color troy rail panel will match Magpul FDE? The part that confuses me is that Tan looks closer to a match but they dont call it Flat dark earth.

just buy one of each... This is a little silly, don't you think? Perhaps if you're so concerned, you should just get either Magpul XT or XTM rail panels.

BUT, to answer your question, the tan 'looks' like a closer match.

Dude, I just don't want to have to return one. Doesn't it seem easier to ask a quick question on here then wait for them to ship and return one? sorry to have wasted your precious time.

The tan looks a bit closer to what your looking for. If you going to a shop I would bring a sample, but if your going to buy online I see what you mean.

LOL, all I meant about the 'silly' part was that making sure colors match is a little 'silly'. It's a freakin' gun for crying out loud!

ETA: Actually meant to add that I'd be more important about the feel/protection/grip the rail cover gives more than the color, and if it matched or not.

Funny thing is, I ACTUALLY answered his question---unlike you who just came in and called me a d*ck.

                      Oh, I wanted to add....

If you're using a drop in rail the Troy sliders may not sit where you want them to. I bought the troy 7"drop in rail and the sliders didn't work well with it. Well they fit alright but it didnt look good, it was either offset to far back or to far froward.
